Adjustable pressure switch for air compressor
The air compressor pressure switch can adjust the start and stop of the air compressor. Through the pressure adjustment in the air tank, let the air compressor rest and maintain it.
When the air compressor factory is debugging, it can be adjusted to a certain pressure according to the needs of different customers, and then set a good difference.
For example, when the compressor starts, pump air into it, and when the pressure reaches 20 kg, the air compressor is unloaded or stopped.
When the pressure is 14 kg, the air compressor starts again, but it will have a pressure difference, so you can let it rest at this time.

How to adjust the air compressor pressure switch?
Pressure level adjustment. Use pressure to adjust the screw clockwise to increase its pressure. On the contrary, the acting pressure is low, indicating that its pressure difference remains unchanged.
Use pressure to adjust the screw in 1 clockwise, so that it will rise under its action. On the contrary, the acting pressure decreases, indicating that its pressure will not change.
When the air compressor is set to pressure or running, it means that the vent valve is saturated, and the valve will discharge the gas in the steel pipe. Of course, this is a normal phenomenon and you don’t need to worry.
When adjusting the pressure, do not exceed the pressure range of the compressor, but proper exhaust is necessary.

Adjustable pressure switch for water pump
The working principle of the water pump pressure controller:
The working medium (oil, gas, and water) directly acts on the metal diaphragm. The deformation of the metal diaphragm reflects the pressure of the working medium. Simultaneously output detection signals or control signals.
Extension of knowledge points:
The water pump pressure controller is generally a metal 316L diaphragm sensor, which can be used for neutral oil, gaseous media and water.
The setting value of the controller is adjustable, and the range of adjustment range -0.1~40MPa is optional.
Adjustment method of water pump pressure controller:
- Adjust the pressure limit to 1.5MPa (upper switching value) and send out a contact signal. The operation steps:
- Open the cover and loosen the locker.
- Turn the setting value adjustment screw clockwise to make the setting value change from large to small until the switch contacts switch at 1.5MPa.
- Tighten the locker.
- Adjust the lower limit of pressure to 0.5MPa (lower switching value) to send out a contact signal, the operation steps:
- Open the cover and loosen the locker.
- Rotate the setting value adjustment screw counterclockwise to make the setting value change from small to large until the switch contacts switch at 0.5MPa.
- Tighten the locker.
