Principle of Explosion Proof Pressure Switch
The working principle of the explosion-proof pressure switch is that the micro switch action caused by pure mechanical deformation.
When the pressure increases, the different sensing pressure components (diaphragm, bellows, piston) will be deformed. They will move upward through the railing spring and other mechanical structures. The top micro switch is activated. The electrical signal is output.
The setting method is divided into continuous displacement type and force balance type from the functional principle.
According to the principle, explosion-proof pressure switches can be divided into mechanical explosion-proof pressure switches and electronic explosion-proof pressure switches. The mechanical type is divided into ordinary and sealed types.
